A client in real estate investment purchased an aging building in downtown Austin, TX—intending to renovate it into an office of the future.

I helped design a 40’ green wall accented with dynamic lighting for the building’s lobby. The new feature is intended to attract tenants and remote workers, and draw in the public for multipurpose programming that generates revenue.
